SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Core Responsibilities:
Client Project Management
- Serve as primary contact with clients
- Work closely with clients to implement solutions within mandated timeframes and budgets
- Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction
- Manage multiple projects: small, medium, and large-scale as needed
- Provide team leadership and coordination
- Responsible for ensuring quality and timeliness of Behavior deliverables, managing project budgets and schedules
- Creates and maintains Project Plans that detail the personnel resources, activities, duration of activities, and deliverables that comprise the production work
- Create, maintain, and manage all client communication, including:
- Project Status Reports, highlighting significant events including milestone status, major accomplishments, hot issues and objectives for the next reporting period
- Project Extranets, the primary communication tool between the Behavior team and clients--sharing reference materials, project documents, and presentations
Secondary Responsibilities:
Internal Resource Management
- Lead all company project management initiatives
- Manage and develop company production methodology
- Maintain utilization of employees and identify and assign resources to all projects (both internal and outsourced staff)
- Responsible for hiring, building Project Management staff as needed
- Manage PM staff in terms of resourcing as well as growth
Account Management
- Manage client relationships and the cultivation of ongoing project work through identifying business opportunities, proposal and contract writing, and client networking
- Participate in selling/pursuing new clients through proposal writing, preparing presentations, and participating in sales calls
- Provide executive level project leadership over entire project teams to ensure that projects are high quality, meet client expectations, and are profitable to the company
Qualifications:

INFORMATION ARCHITECT
We are seeking IAs and Interaction Designers at both staff and lead levels.
Requirements:
- Experience with designing Site Maps, Process Flows, User Personas, Wireframes/Page Schematics, Feature Requirements and Functional Specifications.
- Must work very well with visual designers and technologists
- Must be forward-thinking and resourceful about trends and best practices in Web design and IA. You should have a burning desire to always build Web standards-compliant sites, bullet-proof validation, rich client-side interaction.
Qualifications:
Staff-level candidates should be experienced with all of the above and have several full web site development projects under their belts.
Lead-level candidates must also have the following experience:
- Should have a minimum of 4+ years experience as an information architect or the equivalent.
- Must have been the principal IA/ID on at least one major enterprise-level Web site, from start to finish.
- Must be comfortable presenting - and sometimes leading - large meetings with senior management-level clients.
VISUAL DESIGN LEAD
Responsibilities Include:
- Work closely with clients to craft a creative vision that connects their business needs with their users goals
- Develop strategic documents such as competitive audits, mood boards etc. that provide creative insight and direction

Qualifications:
- Have 5+ years experience as a Visual Designer
- Strong understanding of information architecture and common interaction design practices
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash (Action Scripting a plus, but not required) and InDesign
- Exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills

- Ability to work quickly, cleanly, and efficiently, and under tight time constraints
Qualifications:
- Hand-coding a must
- At least 5 years working on professional client-driven web projects
- Expert knowledge of XHTML and CSS, particularly with fully tableless layouts and valid and semantically correct code
- Expert knowledge of writing high levels of interactivity using AJAX and DOM-based JavaScript
- Strong understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform issues, limitations and solutions
- Solid understanding of general web development issues, such as code validation, accessibility and web standards
- Strong knowledge of core programming concepts and standard practices
- Ability to produce images for the web, using software such as Photoshop
- Ability to work at a pixel-level of perfection and to faithfully recreate the intended design

TECHNICAL LEAD
Behavior seeks a qualified technical lead for web based projects utilizing content management systems, search engines and e-commerce on the PHP, Microsoft.NET and Java platforms. Additionally, the technical lead will be responsible for interfacing with client contacts and coordinating the work of software developers on their team.
Description:
- 5 years of experience in the web development field
